February 2, 2026 at 10:42 am in reply to: Deadline to Register for the 2026 ARCOS Conference Fast Approaching! #8697
Maia KnoxKeymasterHi Lauren! Yes-there was a separate registration for each ARCOS and CORD and there will be a separate check in for each as well! This is our second year doing it together with CORD, so I bet you are not the only one experiencing this model for the first time-so thank you for asking, as I bet there are other coordinators wondering too! See you next week!
Maia KnoxKeymasterHi Jennifer
I only have a Sports Medicine Fellowship, so my interviews are in a smaller scale-of course. But, we plan to take applicants to our TRIA suite at the Hockey Arena- we cover the MN Wild so we have a suite assigned to us a few of the many home games. The problem is that I can only take 30 people, including me and 2 of my 3 current fellows, so I do not allow faculty to attend (my PD is the Team Physician for the MN Wild, so he is there covering the game and shows up for a bit-and the 3rd fellow is usually covering games too) so I keep a ‘first comes, first serves’ RSVP list and take the first 27 applicants that say yes… That also helps me identify ‘responsible’ residents that plan ahead… LOL 😉

Maia KnoxKeymasterAnd for Fellowship Programs (or most of them at least) you should be posting them on your SF Match page!
Maia KnoxKeymasterHi Randie
Yes! February 10-12, 2026 in Jacksonville, FL in conjunction with CORD
Maia KnoxKeymasterHi Kierstin
We give our graduates carry-on luggage embroidered with our TRIA logo. They come up to be about $120 or so each… We only have 3 fellows a year, so it is not that bad for us… but I can see how it might be a bit spendy if you have 20+ graduates 🙂

Maia KnoxKeymasterHi Gabrielle!
Are you attending the ARCOS conference? If you are, then yes your PD can attend JUST the panel and HH. PD’s do not have to be registered for the whole ARCOS conference to attend this session and HH. There is no charge for the PDs to attend these two events. But we need to have an accurate headcount 🙂
Hope this answers your question!
Maia
Maia KnoxKeymasterHello all!
Two days left to register your Program Director to attend and/or participate on the “Program Coordinator and Director Relationships: Fostering a Healthy Working Partnership” session and Happy Hour on 2/14/24 starting at at 2:30 pm at our Annual Conference.
We’d really appreciate you letting us know if your PD will be present at one or both events!
Click here to register your PD attendance and/or sign up for the Panel!!
Thank you!
Maia
