ARCOS Annual Meeting- Conference Request Information

Good morning,

To be considered for funding for the ARCOS annual meeting, my institution now requires us to submit a conference request form by September 30.

In order to complete the form, I have a few questions for the Board:

1. Will the conference be held at the Marriott Jacksonville Downtown in conjunction with the CORD conference, and will that be the location of the ARCOS room block?

2. What is the nightly room rate?

3. What will the cost for the conference registration be?

4. Are there any additional fees associated with the conference beyond the standard expenses (airfare, meals, transportation)?

1. Yes, the conference will be at the Jacksonville Marriott Downtown 245 Water Street in Jacksonville, FL

2. $149

3. $650 for early bird registration by Oct. 31, $700 for standard rate and $750 for late registrations (Dec. 1-Dec. 31)

4. No additional fees except there is a separate registration and fee for the CORD conference.
