Hi Marie!
We split our residents into 2 testing groups (Saturday & Sunday) and have them take it virtually.    It helps with service coverage that they are not all out at the same time.  Our Admin Chiefs divide the residents and assign testing dates.

Hi Lindsay,

I put my evaluation form into Teams – prepopulating with the interviewing faculty & interviewees’ names so they can complete it on their phone or other device pretty easily.  On interview day, I give them a form with the QR code to scan to access the evaluation.  It’s quick to complete, and the data all downloads into Excel.   It’s been working out great for the past several years!

As long as the applicant has at least 3 LORs (one being from the Chair &/or PD), then that should be good.  ERAS allows for 4, so we consider that 4th LOR as optional but not as a negative or something to withdraw.  It’s when they directly email additional LORs – that’s not really appropriate.
