We have a handbook that is updated yearly that includes a listing of our schools that the fellows would potentially cover, ATC listing, and basic information about the year and what to expect. This is presented via PowerPoint on interview day. I send the GME policy, sample residency agreement, and other standard information through SF Match or Thalamus (depending on the program). I also provide a paper copy of the faculty members that they will be interviewing with the day of, so they can take notes if needed. Overall, most of my documents are sent electronically. We used to provide them with a folder with all of this information, but this was time consuming and not efficient.
