I send out some details through SF Match after they have accepted in the invitation including the required policies, benefits, and case logs.  At the interviews, I have a handout approximately 3 pages with the basics, mostly all the attendings, ortho managers, fellows, and my name, just so they have something to write on while there.

We are a very reduce, reuse, recycle forward fellowship program and refer applicants to our website.  It is guaranteed to be the most up-to-date information as well.

We do half our interviews in the afternoon on day 1, social with everyone that night and the rest of the interviews the following morning on day 2.

Hi,

I am sure this is devastating to all the residents that were accepted in this program.  At New England Baptist Hosptial we do have a foot and ankle fellowship opening.  I know it is not shoulder and elbow or sports, but it would be something to fill the void.  Let me know if they are interested.

Thanks for the replies. I heard back from AAOS and they shared the info you replied with, Janet. Not sure why they made the change this year; very convenient to have the workshop access regardless of virtual or in-person testing.
