Changing complement from 1-2 fellows

We are looking to change our complement from 1 to 2 fellows and I have to submit a proposed block diagram. By the time we have a 2nd fellow, I will also have a 2nd local participating site. Does anyone have a block diagram template they can share for me to review to see what 2 fellows with 2 sites would look like?

Hi Sarah,

We have 2 programs that each have 2 fellows at 2 sites. They switch quarterly so that each site always has a fellow and the fellows have equal time at each site. Hope this helps.
