    Thanks for sharing Vicky. You are absolutely right about Ginny, she was fun loving and always had a smile on her face. To me she was like the ARCOS cheerleader!  She was very passionate about ARCOS and its members. At our meetings she made sure everyone was comfortable and was always asking if anyone needed anything.  Lots of good ARCOS memories of Ginny for sure.

    Hi everyone –

    I reached out to my contact at the AAOS (again) to see if they will be able to honor us (program coordinators) a discounted rate for the AAOS Meeting registration. She is checking into it and will let me know as soon as she can.

    Our GME office sends it out September 1 and its due October 31.

    Hi Helen,

    Thursday morning, the AAOS opening ceremony is off-site at the Convention Center. If you plan to attend, you will need to do the registration via the AAOS website.

    Mine did not go out either via ERAS after several attempts.

    I went ahead and did a blind carbon copy via Outlook as well.

    Well said Laurel!  It has been a long journey but today is special for so many reasons but most importantly is that we are finally getting the recognition we deserve on a national level! Thank you AHME!  I am super proud to be a part of ARCOS and have all of you as my colleagues. There is not a better group of program coordinators, administrators, managers, etc. out there.

    I hope you all have a great day and do something special to celebrate this magnificent milestone in GME!

    Our institution is now allowing our students to do more than 1 away rotation. As for interviews, we are going virtual again this year.

    Here at the University of Cincinnati, we just started back this week doing 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

    Registration for the OITE is not open yet. It will open on September 1.
