The same thing happened to me. I emailed the OITE customer service and they emailed me my invoice within two minutes.

I actually received an email last night regarding OITE scores and was able to view the score.

Below are the steps that were provided from AAOS assessments:

 

To access and retrieve your report, please log on to http://www.aaos.org with your AAOS credentials and follow these steps:

 

1. From any page, click on the My Account button and select Account Settings from the drop-down menu

 

2. On the Account Settings page, choose Score Reports from the Education option list
