We send out a post‑interview evaluation to our applicants, and it has been a helpful tool for gathering feedback on what worked well and what we can continue to improve.
I’ve attached the survey we use in case it’s helpful as a template. It’s a short form that asks about the clarity of program information, the interview structure, and overall impressions, with space for open‑ended comments as well.
