Hi Sarah, in my institution they allow us to work a hybrid schedule. 3 days in office and 2 days home. There are restrictions on our WFH days and we must keep a log and hand it in to our manager. Being newly promoted to Program Manager I only work from home one day because what would be my other WFH day I go to my clinic and work with my PD. I hope this helps. Good morning, my residents go on mission trips if they want to. We do not fund the trip it is funding by an outside company. Since their malpractice insurance does not follow them outside the country, we have them use PTO and they need to hand in their corporate card while they are away. I do not book anything for them either.  We do not count this towards education either.  I hope this is helpful.
