I think a task force is an excellent option. All of you who were there from the beginning with Dr. Meyer paved the way for all of the other coordinator groups.  I would hate to see us move away from our national meeting as I believe it highlights the importance of our role. If there is anything we can do, please keep us informed.

Good afternoon,

We cover travel to and from a conference in the continental US. One -two nights hotel stay depending on the presentation time.  Additionally, the project they are presenting is expected to be entered into our annual research competition. If they choose to stay for the whole conference, they must use their vacation. Prices vary, so each request is assessed for approval.

Our Journal clubs are held on-site so there is no need for a budget.
