    Hi!

    We at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas received an increase in complement last year!  Happy to share our letter! I will say it was denied the first time but the second time we got it. We also cleared all our old areas of concern, and I believe we had one citation that we cleared as well.

    We give them custom Stetson hats that are made here in Texas.  One of our faculty members is the team doctor for the Dallas Cowboys, and you always recognize him when he is on the field since he wears a cowboy hat, so we have the same one made for our residents. Our GME office gives them a medallion with their name on one side and carved out picture of the hospital on the other side.

    Has any other programs thought about what interview season will look like this year yet? We are trying to figure ours out as well… Wanted to see what others were doing.
