Thalamus Best Practices Virtual Session: Sept 10 @ 2:00 PM EST

Hi ARCOS Members,

We’re excited to invite you to a virtual session with our colleagues from Thalamus on Thursday, September 10th at 2:00 PM EST.

With the residency recruitment cycle right around the corner, join the Thalamus team where they will focus on the operational side of recruitment using the Thalamus platform, including scheduling, communications, workflow management, and other coordinator responsibilities to help ensure a smooth recruitment season.

This is a great opportunity to get reacquainted with Thalamus and be fully prepared when applications start rolling in!

Here are the instructions to register:

• Log into the ARCOS website at https://arcosonline.org
• At the top of the page, click on ‘Upcoming Events’ then click on view as list. Click on “Thalamus Virtual Event” and complete the registration
• You will receive an email with your registration confirmation, including the Zoom link
• Open the email to access the information and add the information to your calendar

Here is how to access it:

• Log into the ARCOS website at https://arcosonline.org
• At the top of the page, click on Resources from the Menu
• On the drop-down menu, select Thalamus Virtual Session under the heading Coordinator Resources

Additionally, Thalamus asked us to share the following:

Please share the following resources to help programs get started:

• Training Slide Deck (attached)
• Getting Started with Thalamus Checklist
• Cortex Roadmap
• Here’s a user guide with instructions on how to copy templates from the builder
• If anything comes up as folks start reviewing the materials, please have them contact Customer Support directly or remind them they can sign up for office hours
