Round Table Facilitator at ARCOS Conference

Hi ARCOS,

We hope you are looking forward to our annual conference in February!

We will be hosting a round table session again and are in need of members who can volunteer to act as a round table facilitator at the session!

As a facilitator your role will include:

• Guiding participants through prepared topics
• Ensuring that the table stays on schedule
• With the help of your table participants, describe key points to the larger group

Table topics include:

• Recruitment- (Residency & Fellowship)
• Medical Students- Away rotations, OSIG involvement, advising
• Best Practices for ABOS KSB
• CCC/ PEC Meetings- Preparing for meetings, documentation
• Small Programs- Managing anonymity, handling absences
• Large Programs- Data management, division of responsibilities, communication
