A reminder once more that Early Bird Registration for the 2027 ARCOS Conference is due October 31st (this Saturday!!)
Here’s how to register:
- Visit the main ARCOS page and click on “Register for 2027 Annual Conference”
From there, you can:
-Register for the conference
-View the preliminary program
-Book your hotel room (once registered-link to the discounted block of rooms will be included in the registration confirmation/receipt email)
Conference Details:
February 16 – 18 , 2027
The Westin Galleria Dallas – 13340 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, TX 75240
Rooms are $249 + tax/night (limited availability—first come, first served!)
Thursday February 18th – Winter CORD Conference sessions begin at 1:00 PM (Separate registration is required)
Important Registration Deadlines:
Early Bird Rate: $650 – Payment due by October 31, 2026
Regular Rate: $700 – Payment due by November 30, 2026
Late Rate: $750 – Final deadline December 31, 2026 (credit card only)
