This Wednesday night, I will be joining OrthoMentor on a live Instagram program to share with medical students the recruitment and interview process from the coordinators’ perspective. One of the topics I’ve been asked to discuss is the SOAP process. I have only had to do SOAP once, and that was for a transitional year program, which is very different from ortho.
If you have had to recruit through SOAP are there words of wisdom you have that I could share on Wednesday? I will give you credit if you want me to. If not, I’ll just share that the info came from another coordinator.
