Need financial support to attend?
Apply for the ARCOS Professional Development Scholarship — designed to help active ARCOS members who face financial barriers.

Scholarship Deadline: Friday, October 24, 2025

Eligibility:
• Be an active ARCOS member
• Be current on ARCOS Institutional dues ($275 for July 2025–June 2026)
• Submit a formal letter of request from your Program Director outlining financial need and naming the coordinator

Scholarship Covers:
• Full conference registration ($650)
• Up to $1,000 in travel reimbursement (airfare, hotel, mileage, ground transport)
Note: Reimbursement goes to the program/institution, not the individual.

Reimbursement Requirements: • Full attendance with daily sign-in
• Submit itemized receipts to ARCOS Treasurer
• Reimbursement processed post-conference
