    Dear ARCOS Members,

I want to take a moment to speak from the heart.

Every day, you bring dedication, creativity, and resilience to your programs—often in ways that go unseen. The upcoming ARCOS and CORD Conference in February is our chance to change that.

We are in need of Program Coordinator representation at the upcoming 2026 ARCOS/CORD Conferences.

This is more than a call for presenters. It’s an invitation to be in the room where decisions and conversations happen, to share your story, your expertise, and the lessons you’ve learned through challenges and triumphs. When we step forward together, we show the world what Program Coordinators truly bring to graduate medical education: leadership, compassion, and solutions that make a difference.

    Why Participate?

-Elevate the voice of Program Coordinators in national conversations
-Share real-world strategies that help others succeed
-Inspire pride in our profession and strengthen our community

If you’ve ever thought, “I wish people understood what we do,” this is your moment.

Have something to say? Are you ready to represent us?
    Register here!

Your expertise matters. Your voice matters. Let’s stand together and show how proud we are of the work we do every day.

Thank you considering participating and for all you do, everyday!

    Maia Knox, C-TAGME
    ARCOS President
