You can pay your ARCOS Institutional Membership Dues starting now!

Remember, active membership provides you with constant access to our Online Community forum, virtual sessions, updated news, and the ability to register for the ARCOS Annual Conference at membership rates, allowing you to continue your journey as a continually growing orthopaedic administrative professional!

All ARCOS Members were “grandfathered in” for six months (January – June 2024) while we revised the dues structure.  Memberships will now follow an Academic Calendar from July – June each year.

Reminder: ARCOS dues are paid by institution; each orthopaedic coordinator within a Sponsoring Institution is covered by one $275 dues fee.  Each member will have their own account and enjoy the benefits of membership.

Login to your ARCOS account:  https://www.arcosonline.org

• Select Join/Renew on the top right
• Select Go to my account
• Update your Information and select Profile to add your photo
• Scroll down to select the Renew, Upgrade, or Update Billing box
• Select payment method – Checks musts be received by July 31, 2024, to avoid having your institutional accounts closed
• A new W-9 is attached to this post

The deadline to pay dues is July 31, 2024.  After July 31, delinquent institutional accounts and members associated with those accounts will be deactivated. This will require enrolling again as a new ARCOS member.
