What is the total number of LORs required?

What is the maximum number of LORs permitted?

How many LORs should be from Adult Reconstruction surgeons?

Is one LOR from the resident’s PD required?

What is the total number of LORs required? 3 

What is the maximum number of LORs permitted? 4

How many LORs should be from Adult Reconstruction surgeons? <b>We do not have a set requirement for this.  It is preferred that they come from Adult Recon Surgeons but any surgeon will do.  </b>

Is one LOR from the resident’s PD required? Not required but I think it is helpful.

Good Morning!

What is the total number of LORs required? 3

What is the maximum number of LORs permitted? 4

How many LORs should be from Adult Reconstruction surgeons?  We prefer all letters (exception being a PD letter) be from a surgeon in the specialty they are applying to however recognize that programs may not have that many thus there is not a requirement.

Is one LOR from the resident’s PD required?   It is not noted as required but there is definitley discussion when reviewing applications if there is not a letter from the PD.
