Dear Program Director,

I hope you’re doing well. My name is Lance Lamore, and I’m reaching out because I’m conducting an IRB approved research study about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in orthopedic surgery residency programs. The goal is to understand program directors’ perspectives on current attitudes, challenges, and effective practices related to DEI. Given your leadership role and experience, your insights would be extremely valuable.
