I run the case log report every Monday morning.  The residents are required to enter in their cases weekly.  If there is no case log listed in the last column they have not entered in any case logs.  If a resident is over 2 weeks behind I highilght that column and the report is sent out to all residents.  It helps keep them up to date with the highlights for the delinquency.  If they are over 3 weeks behind I send a separate email to them with cc to the program director asking them to update their records and give them a set date deadline.

Annual Conference Registration Update:

For those of you who are planning to attend the conference in Las Vegas and paying be check for your conference registration fees, you are now able to register for the conference while we are waiting to receive your payment/check.  If you could please go in and register for the conference so that we have an accurate number of attendees for food and swag items, we would appreciate it.  This needs to be completed by Sunday, January 15. The registration fee for the Annual Meeting will be $550.

You only have to list faculty once for your program.  You have core faculty and non-core faculty.  You may need all 49 faculty listed due to case log requirements, but they don’t all have to be core faculty.  Core faculty is based on the number of hours they do residency related education.  Hope this is helpful.

When our chair retired about 10 years ago, we got a nice plaque that noted his years of service as chairman and gave him a nice piece of nambe ware.   I will see if I can get a picture of the plaque when I’m in the office next week.

The regular membership rate is $275.  The membership year runs January 1 – December 31 and we start the dues renewal process in the fall to give you time to renew your membership before the end of the calendar year. Please don’t delay – payment must be received by December 31 to maintain active membership.
