Thank you for your quick responses. Are your attendings increasingly using loupes instead of microscopes? If so, what you are folks doing to make up for microsurgery cases?
Hi Alisa, Of the two categorical positions we have here at the University of Hawaii, one of them has a research year between the PGY-2 & PGY-3 years.
