    All, thank you so much for your help! The testing company mentioned it may have been a glitch with a specific question if our browsers were freezing around the same time. Unfortunately, I do not know if this happened to our residents on the same question, but it seems to have worked itself out! Once we got everyone through the beginning portion of the exam, we did not have any more issues. They did mention to me that our residents can use CTRL, SHIFT, Q, and their time will be paused when the browser shuts down.

    Hopefully no one experiences any issues the rest of the week!

    I was also having this issue! I reached out to exams@aaos.org to confirm I was listed as a proctor. They forwarded me the welcome email, and it turned out my email was listed incorrectly. They were able to delete my profile and create a new one.
