Are you having issues with residents and faculty completing their scholarly activity for the ADS update, or in general? Whenever I can’t get my residents to fulfill my requests, I copy my PD and Chairman on emails. As far as getting them to participate in scholarly activities in general, that has to come from your PD & Chairman.
