We are planning what we think will be a rich and meaningful meeting in Las Vegas in March 2023.

Hi, Karla & Donna – The meeting will take place at Caesars Palace. The address for Caesars Palace is listed in the preliminary program (please see my post and email from today). Attached is the appropriate W9 (as well as information on membership renewal) for your reference. Following are the steps to access/complete the online meeting registration form:

Go to the ARCOS Webpage: https://arcosonline.org/
Sign in to your ARCOS account
Click on Upcoming Events
Change the view to ‘View as List’
Choose the ‘18th Annual ARCOS Meeting’ hyperlink.
Follow the prompts to complete the meeting registration process
After registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation via email with a calendar invitation

The deadline for meeting registration is January 15, 2023.

I saw from the local news that citizens in Fort Myers, FL were significantly impacted from the storm – including some not having access to water or ice. Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist will conduct all residency interviews virtually as mandated by our GME Office. The GME Office recommends that fellowship interviews occur virtually; however, fellowship programs are able to submit a proposal to the GME Office making the case for in-person interviews. Proposals will be reviewed and approved by the DIO on a case-by-case basis.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Lisa Taitsman and Mona Saniei to lead this informational session! Please refer to my initial post on May 10 for specific details.

If you plan to attend the session, please sign up on the ARCOS website, following the steps below:

1. At the top of the page, click on Upcoming Events then click on View as Calendar or View as List.
2. Click on the virtual session you would like to attend and complete the registration.
3. You will receive an email with your registration confirmation.
4. Open the email and click on the attachment which will open the event in your calendar.
5. Finally, copy and paste the zoom link and any other information onto your calendar and save the calendar event.

Dear ARCOS members –

As an addendum to my previous email, on December 1, email notifications will go to those whose poster abstracts were accepted. The Best Poster winner will be voted on during the March 2022 meeting.

Additionally, the poster abstracts that were accepted for display during the March 2020 meeting are automatically accepted for the March 2022 meeting and qualify to be voted on.
