    We Want YOU to be a Round Table Facilitator!!

    The round table session will take place on Wednesday, February 14th, 2024 (Day # 2 of our conference!) at 8:00AM-10:00AM.

    Topics this year are:

    • ABOS/ KSB Program
    • Interview Season
    • Medical Student Rotators
    • Time Away Policy/ Trainee Attendance
    • CCC/Milestones
    • Fellowship Interviews for PGY4’s

    As we prepare for the Round Table event at the 19th Annual ARCOS Conference in San Francisco, we are seeking members who:

    • Want to socialize and network with other members
    • Want to learn while they facilitate
    • Want to make round tables a fun event for everyone
    • Want to add a meaningful presentation to their experience and resumes

      Experience with facilitating round tables is not required! 

    As a facilitator your role will include:

    • Guiding participants through prepared topics
    • Ensuring that the round table stays on schedule
    • With the help of your table participants, describe key points to the broader group

    To register to be a Round Table Facilitator:

    • Login to your ARCOS account at https://www.arcosonline.org by November 15, 2023
    • Select Upcoming Events on the menu bar
    • Select View as List
    • Select the session:  Round Table Facilitator Sign Up! and complete the registration
    • You will receive an email confirmation

    Courtney and her team will be holding Zoom training events to ensure that all facilitators are on the same page.  Please watch your email for these events.
