    Good afternoon all!

Exciting things are happening for ARCOS – and you are a part of it!

As ARCOS continues to grow nationally, we have started the process of incorporation for our non-profit status.  As a part of the application, we are required to have specific Bylaws for the state of Illinois.  The ARCOS Board of Directors chose Illinois as our permanent physical address due to its central location and the accessibility to AAOS, AOA/CORD, and ACGME.  In addition, the Association Management Center (AMC), our incorporating agency is also located in Chicago, IL.  For these same reasons, we also hold our bi-annual Board of Directors meetings in Chicago.

Non-profit status will allow ARCOS to be tax exempt and acquire legal liability protection.

All ARCOS members have the opportunity to vote for the proposed Bylaws.

Voting is being held electronically over a 2-week period from October 4 – 18, 2022.  Voting closes at 11:59PM Eastern Time on October 18, 2022.

Please click on the link below to review the Bylaws and cast your vote of the ARCOS Bylaws.

    Thank you,

    The ARCOS Board of Directors
