I am reaching out to inquire and see if any of you are preparing for a virtual site visit. I am in need of assistance in completing our New Application. I was new to the coordinator position when they received the first accreditation and we had an nurse advocate who completed these applications for all specialties.
I need some guidance and have some questions on how a few of the questions are being answered to see if it is similar to our answer.
The ones that my PD and I have put on the application we are being told it needs changed by leadership here in our Med Ed; both leadership individuals are new and one has not completed an application previously. We like to inquire and see how you and your PD answered a some of the questions to compare.
