Good afternoon, ARCOS Colleagues –

Please join us for an afternoon session this Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 3:00pm, with Drs. Tessa Balach and Trent Guthrie as they give the latest updates and changes for the 2022 Universal Offer Day (UOD) process. Dr. Balach is Chair of the CORD/Academics Committee and the residency program director at the University of Chicago. Dr. Guthrie leads the AOA/CORD Signaling Work Group and is the residency program director at Henry Ford Health System. Additionally, Dr. Guthrie will provide insight on the new ERAS “signaling” process.

Please register via the ARCOS website and a Zoom link will be sent to you in a confirmation email. Following are the instructions to register:

• Log into the ARCOS website at https://arcosonline.org
• At the top of the page, click on ‘Upcoming Events’ then click on view as calendar or view as list.
• Click on the virtual session, ‘UOD Updates and NEW ERAS “Signaling” Process,’ and complete the registration.
• You will receive an email with your registration confirmation.
• Open the email to access the Zoom access information.
• Click on the attachment (icals.ics) to save the event on your calendar, and paste the Zoom access information into your calendar event.

It is the registration part that is the current problem.
