Please open the ACGME e-Communication email for today (8/17) and look for: NEW! ACGME NEWS – “Connecting with Coordinators – An ACGME Interactive Update.” You can register for the Surgical Specialties on Sept 1 to be a part of a ZOOM session that includes updates on accreditation and the Coordinator Advisory Group – our own past president, Vicky Norton is a member of the Coordinator Advisory Group! This is free and will feature breakout rooms (this will be helpful for those of us who have never been “in” a ZOOM breakout room) to discuss best practices and current issues. Sign up soon, only the first 500 people will be admitted, and that includes coordinators in all surgery specialties, fellowships, and sub-specialties.
