Hi All! It was so nice to see everyone in New Orleans last week. I was talking about this at the conference and I think that this would be so beneficial to many. My IT guy Mehran Aghazadeh developed this software program that is phenomenal. I used it for our fellowship interview process. This program does timed schedules, interview tracking, review and score all the invited candidates directly from this program. We can upload the pictures and applications directly from the SF Match program, and even print name tags-no paper copies and saved so much time. I had 2 no shows that morning and I was able to take them out without having to interrupt the schedule. It was amazing. I bought Chromebooks for the physicians to use, but they can use their own iPads or laptops, but the problem with that was I was afraid they were going to forget them.
