If you program has social media outlets like Facebook, Instagram, who manages it? is the Program Coordinator/Manager/Administrator? or is it one of the chiefs or resident within the program?
We have a department facebook, instagram, and twitter that are run by a social media company. However our residents wanted to have something specifically for the residency and so a few of them volunteered to create a residency instagram page. They have full control over the page and take care of the daily posts.
Our residents created an Instagram and Twitter account which they manage. I believe it’s just 1 resident who handles all the posts.
We created a LinkedIn account for alums several years ago and I’m supposed to manage that with a couple other alums, but we haven’t been very good at keeping up with it.
