Hello! We currently use one evaluation for all of our rotations. In preparation for our upcoming site visit and with the implementation of Milestones 2.0, Academic Affairs has asked us to use separate rotation evaluations for each of our rotations. Is anyone able to share with me a copy of their rotation evaluations so I can modify these for our program? I am still fairly new to ortho, any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated!!
