Hello Everyone!

 

Does anyone have a check off list of what all they have included in the resident’s files? I’m 10 months into being coordinator and just want to make sure that I am keeping track of all of the appropriate items!

Hello Sarah,

This is a list from a site visit in 2019!  I hope this helps you.  Now that we all have Medhub or New Innovations, Box etc, these items can all be scanned and uploaded so you no longer need paper files.  We have “Virtual Files” for each resident and fellow on the shared drive.
