All,
We currently have a research fellowship that is offered to a physician upon graduation from medical school that does not match into an orthopaedic residency. For those who also have a research fellowship/position, do you allow them to do any clinical work outside out research such as assist the residents with floor work, d/c summaries, dressing changes, etc.?
