Good afternoon,
For those doing remote testing for the OITE, are your residents having difficulty trying to access the sample exam after logging in?
We are testing on Friday, November 4th. Yesterday when the residents attempted to complete the pre-check with Proctorio and then trying to lot into the AAOS Exam Site we discovered that they didn’t have access to sign-in. After reaching out to support I found out that the sample test wasn’t going to be available until November 4th. I explained our situation, of testing on the 4th and needing access to the sample test prior to the actual testing day. They agreed to make the sample test available. As of today our residents are able to sign-in but still no sample test is showing.
I’m continuing to work with their technical support team to correct the problem, but curious to see if others are having the same difficulty.

November 3, 2022 at 2:41 pm #4069Courtney MatlachKeymasterI just stumbled upon the notification on the programworkshop website that said if you downloaded the browser before 11/2 you may need to reinstall it. I wasn’t notified of this through the incident reporting site you could subscribe into. Anyone else not get this message?

I got the message but you may want to check your junk or spam folder. This was the address it came from. I am surprised our filters didn’t block it!

We were testing the desktop application yesterday and found this error pop up for us as well. We went through the steps again and downloaded the browser app. We noticed that this browser had a newer version than the one we downloaded last week, so our conclusion was that it must have updated and somehow, we weren’t notified. Currently the browser is working for us.
