We are looking into improving our institutional onboarding process as a quality improvement project. Would anyone be willing to send me your onboarding process/checklist? We may do a retrospective study, but since it it’s only regarding the process, we do not need IRB approval.
Additionally, if you can include which system (Med Hub, New Innovations, etc.) your program/instituiton uses, that would be helpful as well!
