I was wondering if anyone has a template of a schedule/topics you have used previously for PGY1-focused skills sessions.
We are doing a focused skills month for PGY1s in April.
We have topics like well-being, radiation safety, professionalism, suture skills, casting lab, etc.

Attached is a copy of my schedule, the mornings were typically filled with skills sessions in our skills lab and the afternoons were filled with various lectures.

Thank you Tonya for the goals and objectives for the skills course. I shared with our new APD who is just stepping into the role of managing skills training and he was very grateful!

It would be helpful to see a curriculum with goals and objectives for intern skills training that encompasses the whole intern year. Thank you in advance to anyone who has one and is willing to share.

I’m sure a lot of you are looking forward to a great conference next week! Enjoy our neighborhood, all the great education, and the meaningful networking  🙂
