Does anyone have a list or something that shows how the responsibilities are slip us between your program director and your associate PD?

I was literally going to post the same thing today!  We too are revamping our leadership structure.  I am looking for PD and APD job descriptions.  Bonus points if you have two APDs and have set up term limits for the positions.
