Paternity leave policy

I am hoping to see if anyone has a paternity leave policy they are willing to share with me.

Hi Jennafer!

We don’t have a specific paternity leave policy, but we do have a paid leave of absence policy that can be used by both birthing and non-birthing parents. It allows for 6 weeks of paid leave during the course of their residency, which can be used in any increment, and is subject to the requirements of leave of absence application and administration. I just emailed that policy to you!
