This is a general question directed to all programs. Does your program have an Oncology rotation at your home institution? If not, do you send your residents to another location for this rotation? All answers are greatly appreciated.
Yes, we have a rotation during our PGY4 year that is recon/oncology. The physician is a part of our department faculty but practices outside of our institution.
We also have an oncology rotation during the PGY 3 year with the rotation director being our primary tumor guy. They also do some research during this time as well!
