Anyone has a policy that allows fellows to moonlight (On-Call) within the institution?
I am looking for guidelines that will allow our ortho fellows (accredited and/or non-accredited) to take On-call as part of their moonlighting. I was told that they can’t take call on their training institution due to their DOL (Delineation of Privileges). One of the PD insists it is possible…
