Good Afternoon:

I was cleaning out my file cabinets and came across OITE folders dating back to 1994.  Is there a requirement of how long we need to keep this information?  How far back to you keep files.

In the 90’s they are the actual exam and images.  How far back to you keep score reports?

I’m not really sure there is a time frame for how long you need to keep records of these items.  I would scan and keep all the score reports at a minimum.
