In case no one has told you yet today:  You ARE Amazing!  No matter what your title!  Look at all the things you juggle, all the behind-the-scenes problems you solve, and all the tasks you do so your med students, residents, fellows, and faculty don’t have to do them.  They don’t have a clue what you do!  Just remember, they do appreciate you whether they show it or not!

Well said Laurel!  It has been a long journey but today is special for so many reasons but most importantly is that we are finally getting the recognition we deserve on a national level! Thank you AHME!  I am super proud to be a part of ARCOS and have all of you as my colleagues. There is not a better group of program coordinators, administrators, managers, etc. out there.

I hope you all have a great day and do something special to celebrate this magnificent milestone in GME!
