By way of introduction, my name is Brian Grawe, and I am an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine and Shoulder Reconstruction Surgeon in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Cincinnati. Our research group is looking for orthopaedic surgeons interested in the advancement of orthopaedic surgery education and who like to participate in a study we are conducting. We believe that Program Directors would be great participants for our study as they are heavily involved in the education of orthopaedic surgery residents. Individuals who participate in all phases of the Delphi Method process will be included in the authorship of any publication from this study.
