Medical Students – Evaluation of Rotation

Does anyone have an evaluation form that they can share with me in regards to medical students evaluating the rotation once they have completed it?

Hello Kim,
I’m new here. Our facility uses OrthoBullets for evaluations. It also creates a Milestones report that is equal to the ACGME Milestones report. It makes things so easy! All you have to do is plug it in. This evaluation is short and sweet and to the point. It also offers study questions for the OITE.
