Happy Match Day everyone!
While this day is in honor of celebrating those who have matched into our orthopaedic surgery residency programs (and fellowship programs, soon), it is also a day of celebration for the coordinators. This past year has been nothing short of being extraordinary for all us. In the beginning of the pandemic most of us felt completely lost and overwhelmed with how to manage our programs with so many unknowns. But knowing that we were all in this together, helped ease the pain and together we were able to figure out how to go on working and living in a virtual world. The best resources and networking we have is each other. It makes me extremely proud to see how we as ARCOS came together and I feel like we are stronger than ever as a group. Congratulations everyone on a successful Match Day!
I hope everyone has a great weekend. Go out and treat yourselves to celebrate our most unusual interviews season EVER- we did it!
Cheers!

Craziest year ever -if someone had told me a year ago that I’d be moving 50+ people around in Zoom interview breakout rooms like a pro- I would NEVER have believed them! enjoy your weekend all- WE DID IT!
