    We are looking for a guest speaker (can be virtual) for our dedicated faculty development Grand Rounds in June 2022.  Does anyone have any recommendations for speakers that your faculty enjoyed listening to and the topic that was discussed?

    At our institution, we have a faculty development director: Margaret Wilkins DO. So far Dr. Wilkins has presented the following topics:

    Generational differences in learning and feedback

    Preparing for your residency inspection

    Recognizing sleep deprivation / Fatigue mitigation strategies

    Putting together and smoothly running PEC
