Hello! I have 2 questions:
1. My PD was wondering how other programs assist their residents with finding jobs? We realize that this may mostly take place during their fellowship, but some begin the process in their 5th year before starting their fellowship. Any tips and information you have on this is much appreciated!
2. How to provide meaningful feedback to your Faculty through evaluations that your residents/fellows complete? We have an evaluation sent after each rotation, but we are looking for something that may be more “meaningful” and provide constructive criticism to the Faculty but also not be too intimidating for the resident to complete.
